template for the gingerbread of the house with the lake

Under the Decorating Ideas, there is a link Ponds and Lakes. At the top of that page is an awesome gingerbread house. I would love to make that or something similar to it! Does anybody have the template, know where I could get it, or any ideas on how to go about making it? I have never made a gingerbread house from scratch but I'm really excited to try it!
