Storing Baked Gingerbread

I made some gingerbread to send to my son in Alvin, Tx for Christmas. I baked it on Friday, 12-9-11. I can't send it until Monday or Tuesday, 12-13-11. How do I store it until then so it doesn't go bad before he gets it?
