Each year, the "Nativity" is a very special part of our gingerbread village, as it symbolizes the true meaning of Christmas.

The walls and roofs of the stable are covered with all bran cereal, brown sugar and cinnamon, making it look like wood and straw.

The Virgin Mary, Joseph and Jesus are made out of rolled fondant, as well as the star, and the sheep are gingerbread cookies with white icing.

It looks very nice in the middle of the village, and as I said, gives the whole meaning to it.
