Gingerbread house not hard

Hi I cooked the ginger bread dough for the gingerbread house for the said time plus an extra couple of minutes but it still flexible and I think it will collapse. Please tell me where have I gone wrong.

Gingerbread can't be constructed when it comes out of the oven. If it is flexible after it completely cools, you need another recipe (or an ingredient is off).
