Ginger Bread Creche

I'd like to make and decorate a Nativity Scene with manger, mary and joseph and crib and baby Jesus and farm animals and the three wise men with their gifts and of course plants and trees and the star the wise men followed. Artistic license is required, I have not seen any ginger bread nativity scenes on line that I like and I would like it to be big, well, not too big to become fragile.
