fondant recipes and ease of use

My son and I are very sensitive to refined sugars and have horrible allergic reactions to corn syrups. Are there any recipes for fondants that are smooth, easy to work, tasty, that lack ANY corn syrup that are light on sugars? The look of them is beautiful!!!! I just prefer a healthier version.
