Curved gingerbread roof?

I am wanting to make a gingerbread house with a curved roof and saw that you had some supplies that would simplify the procees. Do you have anything to sell or a trick to help me?

Here's how I bake curved gingerbread:

To make curved or sloped gingerbread, I use wire mesh (nothing coated that might catch on fire in the oven!) with a flexible silicone cookie sheet on top.

So, for instance, to make a curved roof, you could just bend and fold the wire mesh to the right shape and place it on a sturdy cookie sheet. Then, just lay the flexible silicone baking sheet on top, place your rolled out gingerbread dough on top of that and bake as usual.

You may need to play around with it a few times to get it just right but, of course, you get to eat all the rejects ;-)
