7th annual Canada’s National Gingerbread Showcase benefiting Habitat for Humanity Victoria BC

Inn at Laurel Point will host the 2015 competition theme will focus on "Family," inviting bakers – professional, artists, and home bakers – to dream of all variations of family from nuclear to animal, all embracing what family means to them. For bakers interested in signing up for the showcase, limited spaces are available.

Gingerbread creations must be made from 100 per cent edible ingredients and submitted by November 16 for judging. The Showcase will be open from November 21 to January 3, 2016.
